Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jilievi Casino ("jilievi," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jilievi Casino website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. Definitions

Eligibility

2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jilievi Casino, or an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You must not have been previously excluded or banned from jilievi Casino or any affiliated platform.
6. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the jilievi Casino Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your jilievi account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during registration or KYC.
• Maintain the accuracy of your account information and promptly update it if any details change.
• Keep your login credentials — including your password and any OTP codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify jilievi immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, unless you have notified jilievi of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

jilievi reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: jilievi Casino accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other payment methods listed on the Platform. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your jilievi wallet instantly.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. jilievi does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• GCash withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
• jilievi reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where fraud is suspected.

Currency: All transactions on the jilievi Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). jilievi is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

Fees: jilievi does not charge fees on standard deposits or GCash withdrawals. Fees imposed by third-party payment providers are outside jilievi's control and are the responsibility of the player.

Bonuses & Promotions

jilievi Casino offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, KY C verification.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first in gameplay unless otherwise specified.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• jilievi reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms is detected.
• Players may only claim each welcome or first-deposit bonus once. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jilievi Casino Platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules.

• Slot games and instant games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure random and fair outcomes. RNG certification is maintained in compliance with PAGCOR requirements.
• Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers via real-time video stream. The outcome of live dealer games is determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheel, etc.) and is not influenced by software.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be declared void and any wager placed will be returned to your balance. jilievi is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
• jilievi's decision on any disputed game outcome is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.
• Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel. Actual results will vary due to the random nature of gameplay.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilievi Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported to jilievi support immediately. Exploiting a known bug for financial gain constitutes fraud.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your account.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilievi staff or other players through any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jilievi Casino Platform — including but not limited to the jilievi brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of jilievi Casino or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without jilievi's prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilievi Casino's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilievi Casino shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by internet connectivity issues, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
• Decisions made by you based on information displayed on the Platform, including game statistics or promotional content.

Nothing in these Terms limits jilievi's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

Account Suspension & Termination

jilievi Casino reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Determination that you are accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• At your own request, including as part of a self-exclusion arrangement.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and fraud checks.

Responsible Gaming

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jilievi Platform, you agree to first contact jilievi's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. jilievi will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Where the dispute relates to a regulatory matter, it may also be referred to PAGCOR in accordance with applicable regulations.

Amendments to These Terms

jilievi Casino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilievi will notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting jilievi support.
